Clear spells across Fife and Angus this evening will allow a local frost to develop. However outbreaks of rain will spread southeast through the evening and overnight, the rain falling onto frozen surfaces and causing icy surfaces. Southwesterly winds easing. Minimum temperature -2°C (28°F).

A cloudy day for most with outbreaks of rain, most persistent across western Stirlingshire and Angus. Across northern Perthshire and Angus during the afternoon it will become drier and brighter. Maximum temperature 6°C (43°F).

Rain at times on Friday with perhaps a few prolonged and heavy spells. Mainly dry and bright on Saturday but cloudier on Sunday with perhaps some light rain at times.
